PAYMENTS, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Payments Policy

Payment is due on the day of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept Cash, Zelle and Checks.
Recurring clients may choose monthly invoicing with approved credit.
A late fee may apply to invoices not paid within 7 days of the service date.

Power Washing Services:

For all power washing jobs, a deposit of 25–50% (depending on the scope) may be required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Estimates are based on square footage and condition of the area—any changes will be discussed before starting the job.

Cancellation Policy

Residential Clients: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Commercial Clients: Please provide 48 hours’ notice for changes to scheduled service.
- Last-minute cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service.
Power Washing Services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled power washing job may forfeit the deposit, unless rescheduled.
